Snooker Scorer ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application operated by ABC Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Snooker Scorer app (the "App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or account credentials. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. No name, email, phone number, or login is required.

2.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Match history and scores are saved locally on your device using your device's built-in storage (SharedPreferences). This data:

• Never leaves your device.
• Is not accessible to us or any third party.
• Can be cleared by deleting the App.

2.3 Advertising Identifiers (AdMob)

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads:

• Advertising Identifier — IDFA (iOS) or GAID (Android), used to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.
• Approximate location — Country or region level only.
• Device information — Model, OS version, screen size.
• Ad interaction data — Impressions, clicks, conversions.

On iOS, your consent is requested via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog before any advertising identifier is accessed.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Real name, email, or phone number
• GPS or precise location
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• Browsing history or search history
• Financial or payment information
• Health or fitness data

3. How We Use Your Information

• Match data (local) — Stored solely to display your match history within the App. We have no access to this data.
• Advertising identifier (AdMob) — Used by Google to serve relevant advertisements. This helps keep the App free.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• All match data is stored only on your device and is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• We do not maintain any servers or databases that store your personal information.
• Advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own retention policies (see §5 below).

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service. It has its own privacy policy independent of ours:

• Google AdMob — Provides in-app advertising. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers as described in §2.3.

6. Advertising

6.1 iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14 and above, the App will prompt you with Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog before accessing your advertising identifier (IDFA). You may choose:

• Allow Tracking — enables personalised ads based on your interests across apps.
• Ask App Not to Track — only non-personalised (contextual) ads are shown. Core App functionality is unaffected.

You can change this permission at any time:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Snooker Scorer

6.2 GDPR Consent (EEA & UK Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the App will display a consent dialog (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform) before any ads are loaded. You may:

• Consent to personalised advertising.
• Choose non-personalised ads only.
• Manage or withdraw consent at any time via your device settings.

6.3 Opting Out of Personalised Ads

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking for Snooker Scorer, or enable "Limit Ad Tracking".
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalisation".

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App does not collect personal data, there are no specific concerns regarding children's privacy. However, parental guidance is recommended when allowing children to interact with advertisements.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no user account or server-stored data for us to provide, correct, or delete.

For advertising data managed by Google, you have the right to:

• Access & Portability — via Google Account.
• Opt-Out / Withdraw Consent — via ATT settings (iOS) or Google Ads settings (Android).
• Deletion — request deletion of Google's advertising data via Google's privacy controls.

9. Data Deletion

Since all App data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by:

1. Going to your device's Settings.
2. Finding Snooker Scorer in your apps list.
3. Tapping Delete App or Clear Data.

This permanently removes all locally stored match history. This action is irreversible.

10. Security

Since no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there is no server-side risk of your data being exposed through our systems. All locally stored match data remains within your device's secure sandbox. All communications between the App and Google AdMob's servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For material changes (such as integrating new data-collecting services), we will update the App Store/Google Play listing description accordingly.
